All tenant evictions first attempt will be made within 24 hours of receipt (plus travel time) second attempts after 6 hours elapses and then posted. If bifurcated we will continue to attempt the 20 day summons until the residence is vacant or you instruct us to stop attempting. If summons has two counts (eviction and damages) we will follow your policy regarding posting. All done quickly and according to statute at NON-RUSH PRICING.
